Why does air compressor need waste heat recovery:
A large amount of heat is generated during the compression process of the air compressor. The heat recovered from the waste heat of the air compressor is widely used for heating in winter, process heating, cooling in summer and other occasions. The higher the discharge temperature of the compressor, the greater the air flow, and the more heat is recovered. Air compressor heat recovery is also called air compressor waste heat recovery and utilization, which is the abbreviation of screw air compressor waste heat utilization water heater. It is a new type of high-efficiency waste heat utilization equipment. It heats cold water by 100% absorbing the waste heat of the air compressor. There is no energy consumption, so it is referred to as energy-free water heater for short! The residual heat of the air compressor is 100% recycled from the cooling lubricating oil of the air compressor. The temperature of the hot water can be adjusted at 50~85 ℃. When the air compressor is working, the electric energy is converted into mechanical energy, and the mechanical energy is converted into wind energy to generate heat energy! The exhaust temperature of the lubricating oil of the air compressor is as high as 85~102 ℃, which contains a large amount of heat energy. Before being used, this part of heat energy is called waste heat, which is taken away by fans or cooling water, and discharged into the surrounding environment, producing greenhouse effect and polluting the environment. After installing the heat recovery system of the air compressor, most of the heat energy is fully utilized, protecting the environment and reducing the energy consumption of the plant.
